We require a Project Coordinator / Project support officer for a market leading company in Bradford.

Day Rate: £200 - £225 per day dependent upon background

Contract Duration: 3 Months initially with a strong possibility of extension

We require a Project administrator / project co-ordinator for a market leading organisation who are currently engaged in multiple high profile programmes. You will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in facilitating the administration and coordination of the delivery of over 30 projects.

The projects are very business change focused and we are looking for someone with a background in Project administration or project support working on business change projects.

You will have an extensive background in supporting project managers / programme managers ideally within a PMO / change function supporting with planning, documentation and supporting general project coordination.

You will be the Project support point of contact for gathering data information to support regular and accurate reporting on a variety of project activities, including risk and performance. Provide Admin support in the management of key programme documentation required at different lifecycle stages, ensuring adherence to quality standards and controls

Some exposure to supporting IT projects would also be beneficial

* You will be responsible for documenting meetings and devising action plans

* Updating project management documentation

* Using Microsoft office suite and Sharepoint for project documentation
