Team Lead - eCommerceTeam Lead - We're looking for a motivated Team Lead with a clear passion to work in a cutting-edge tech environment with modern dev practices like Agile, TDD and BDD to join a leading UK Tech Robotics house. The role is predominantly hands-on, with some technical leadership and mentoring. We're looking for a Team Lead with:A strong commercial OO programming backgroundA passion for working with modern practices and methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, TDD, BDD)Enthusiasm to work with highly intelligent developers in a cutting-edge fieldAn interest in working with Java, Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, MicroservicesYou will be leading a cross-functional team, working with Agile methodologies and in a TDD environment. Team sizes range between 5-7 developers. Working on patented robotics for eCommerce, you and your team will be embracing complex problems and finding the best way to solve them using a highly collaborative approach.
