Business Analyst:

Do you enjoy defining processes which use technology to tackle business problems in ways that make a real difference to the world?

Do you enjoy delivering complex projects?

We would love to hear about your outstanding ability to think on your feet and provide realistic solutions to complex business problems, stakeholder management, requirement management and process engineering experience. You would also be a great fit if you have consulting acumen and knowledge of software development methodologies as well as domain expertise in various industries.

Joining Avanade as a Business Analyst means are a part of a Business and Technology Integration Talent Community. A typical day might look like this:

early morning meeting/stand up with partners and the team to report on progress from yesterday

meeting with them to refine a product backlog before finalising requirements documentation

supporting the development team and answering their queries.

However, there is no "standard" day as a Business Analyst for Avanade, and you are an integral part of our teams and often the go-to expert our clients rely on.

Our business analysts come from a variety of backgrounds and expertise, from relationship management, product management, regulatory practices, technical developers and many more. You are being supported by a global team of experts across Avanade who will help you refine your ability to ensure a project has everything it needs to succeed.

We're looking for curious minds, self-starters and high achievers who want to get stuck into a varied workload and a multitude of exciting and cutting-edge projects. Degree certified, but beyond that someone who is seeking to always keen to learn and improve; and is above all a phenomenal teammate - able to communicate with clients professionally and harmonise with internal team members.
