QA Engineer

QA Engineer (Automation) - Permanent - Canary Wharf - £50,000 -£55,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

The role:Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements to create functional and nonfunctional test automation scripts accordingly.Test cases execution & analysis & updating of project status using MS TFSMaintenance of testing suite ensuring regular optimization and risk-based approach.Ownership of testing strategy for main and patch releases ensuring all testing phases are planned and communicated accurately and quality risks are raised as appropriate.Review effectiveness of testing and communication thereof, ensuring continuous improvements by integrating industry best practice and collaborating with peers in the wider organization.

Essential Skills: Experience with Selenium WebDriverExperience working in an Agile EnvironmentCompetent communication skills

Desired Skills:Experience with cloud-based applications would be desirableExperience with API AutomationExperience with Azure DevOps / Team Foundation ServerAbility to work under tight schedule.
