My well-known multinational client is seeking an IT Customer Support professional to come in on an 8-week contract and share the work load with their existing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work within a supportive and vibrant environment. This role will be based on the East Side of Edinburgh.

To be considered for the role you must have experience in the following:

Provide key customer support to internal users.Give key support for personal computers including (Installation, Troubleshooting, Computer Repairs)Connecting internal computers to data networks.Monitoring queues responding to key tickets and when relevant escalate the issue.Guiding existing users in basic IT issues.Investigate network needs of staff and guide them through software and hardware issues.Recommend IT process and system improvementsProvide network configuration including software and voice over protocols.
