Enigma People Solutions is seeking a Software Programme Manager for a highly important "Deep Tech" client in Central London. This is a highly important, deeply involved, hands-on programme management role that will lead and drive internal multi-functional teams to meet program deliverables. The role drives day-day execution of the software programs for complex Mobile Platforms including oversight and master scheduling for a team with several interdependent technical elements.

Your role will be to lead the project scoping, in-depth planning and delivery of a system level solution (including Software and Hardware) with the lowest-risk path to production. You will track program schedules, resolve risks, raise any technical issues whilst prioritising solutions to meet deliverables and or communicating impacts both internally and externally. You will oversee integration of software from multiple organizations and support and drive continuous improvement to an established product development process.

To be of interest you will be able to demonstrate the following current and previous experience:

Product development and programme management of software tools for mobile platforms

Directly managing complex technical projects working with software engineering and quality assurance teams in a Semiconductor environment

Leading numerous parallel software development projects with key intercepts across multiple silicon development programs

Excellent communication, organizational and people skills and able to work across functional, geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups

Proficient with project/programme management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, agile framework and bug tracking applications

Knowledge of project management methodologies - PMP, APM, Prince 2 certification a plus.

Knowledge of software development methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, etc. SCRUM, Scaled Agile (SAFe) or equivalent certification a plus.
