What we're looking for:

Do you want to work with new technologies in A.I, OCR and Machine learning however, you're unsure on how to drive your passion for Robotics?

We are looking for a dedicated, inquisitive and ambitious .Net Developer with a positive attitude and a keen interest to learn and grow into a RPA Expert! If you're always ready to tackle and explore new ideas - this is the development opportunity for you!

You will work within our robotics function to lead development efforts in both the strategic pipeline that feeds into the delivery team and the subsequent deliveries.

Who you'll be working with:

The Robotics Centre of Excellence is a function in Business Services that finds opportunities and delivers automation in an agile approach, working closely with Business SME and hands over to an operation team to run and maintain in a BAU capacity.

The team comprises a Programme Manager, several PMS, BA's, Automation Developers and BAU Operations team.

What you'll be doing:

Applying your experience in full life cycle software development in the .NET framework, to develop well-designed, testable, efficient code in our chosen RPA tool UiPath

Learn and develop Proof of Concepts in A.I, OCR, Machine learning to integrate with our automation platform

Expertise using operating systems such as Windows/Linux.

Communicating with partners and explaining technical concepts in a simple and easy way to digest, will be key.

Proficiency in Database (SQL Server)/ DBA/ Report Writing.

Producing specifications and determine operational feasibility

Effectively build relationships with teams across technology and external technology vendors

Developing a high level of capability on DLG's chosen RPA software and mentor DLG colleagues who are developing software capability - provide advice and mentorship on standard methodology and development techniques

Thinking strategically and creatively as well as having the ability to influence and motivate change.
