Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) £35,000 - £37,000 + 33days holiday + 6% pension + Benefits Hatfield, Hertfordshire Are you from a CNC, Machining, high precision manufacturing background with experience in NPI and manufacturing process improvements? On offer is an NPI engineer role with a company that manufacture high precision components for marine, MOD, and aerospace sectors. Operating under AS9100 they operate under strict guidelines for quality. The role of the NPI engineer is to develop the manufacturing processes for new products to guarantee they are manufactured correctly, 1st time, every time. And to ensure the necessary tooling and documentation supports the processes for maximum efficiency the manufacturing process. This company have been established for over 100 years and have a large parent company. With a continued growth and development plan in place for the business in place this is an exciting time to join the team develop your career further. This role would suit a manufacturing, NPI engineer from a high precision or manufacturing background with experience in CNC, looking for a lead role in an expanding an industry leading manufacturing company where you will have direct impact on the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
