Senior Data Engineer (SQL Redshift AWS Postgres MongoDB Scala JavaScript). Established digital identification software house is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their talented Data Team. You'll be working on the company's newly built analytics platform; managing the data pipeline and ETL processes to ensure that data is gathered quickly, correctly and in a secure manner. This is fantastic opportunity for you to enhance your skillset and use a range of modern technologies including SQL, Redshift, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowplow, Scala and JavaScript.
You'll be based in brand new offices in London that have large chill out areas with table tennis and foosball tables.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a Data Engineer role managing and building ETL pipelines
Must have strong SQL skills
Experience with Postgres, MongoDB and Redshift (AWS)
Previous development experience using JavaScript, Scala and / or TypeScript
Experience with reporting tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving abilities
Desirable: R, Python or Golang development experience
