They are always looking for ways to improve.The team are going through an exciting phase of growth and looking for a UX researcher to join the UX design team and help shape the direction and impact of Research. Our client are looking to take the research function to the next level and this role would be instrumental in assisting to make this happen. You will report to the Lead UX Researcher, this role will support usual design activities by conducting research through various stages of the design process but also bring a positive mindset to assist in growing the function further. The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in planning and conducting UX research including lab-based usability studies, remote user research, ethnography, diary studies and card-sortingKnowledge of UX design processes and principlesConfident oral and written communication skillsExperience of running research workshops or brainstorming sessionsProficient in Keynote/Mac and ideally video editing tooNatural curiosity combined with a results driven work ethicA collaborative nature and experience of working closely with stakeholders including product owners, designers, project managers and engineersWilling to travel domestically and internationally as needed Ready to work in a dynamic environment alongside talented people who take pride in delivering great results?
