Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Skype for Business Enterprise Voice Consultant. This is a 6 Month contract based in various locations.

Job Summary:

The role of the Consultant is an individual who is responsible for the design and delivery of technical solutions within the Consultancy Services practice. The role its self will remain to be largely delivery focused however will also include training and skill development for the wider teams, customer envisioning sessions, pre-sales and design/architecture of technical solutions.

?- Session Border Controllers

?- 3rd Party contact centre solutions

?- Call recording solutions

?- Microsoft Teams

?- Microsoft One Drive for Business

?- Microsoft Flow

?- Microsoft SharePoint

?- Microsoft PowerApps

Desirable

?- Power BI

?- Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

?- Active Directory

?- Scripting abilities
