Service Manager Dorset£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Pension + Holiday Are you looking for an autonomous role, where you will be working for a company that is at the forefront of what they do and hold an unrivalled reputation of quality? This family run business supply services and equipment to a wide range of commercial and domestic clients. Now due to continued demand and a doubling of turnover, they are creating a new position for a Service Manager to take a pivotal role within the business and relieve some pressure from the Directors. In this role you will be dealing with all service and maintenance activities for the business. This will mainly be an office based position but is a highly reactive role where you will be dealing directly with customers, who need immediate assistance to rectify faults with their equipment. You will also be dealing with quotations and estimations for works carried out and all associated paperwork from dealing with a service department. This is a fantastic chance for someone looking for a challenging and varied positon, where you will will get to make the role your own and be able to play an instrumental part in the ongoing success of a highly reputable business. The Role:

*Service Management of 6 Engineers

*Dealing directly with customers to respond to breakdowns

*Providing technical assistance and expertise to the service department

*Supplying quotations and estimations for new and existing works

*All associated paperwork and management activitiesThe Person:

*Service or Works Manager

*Knowledge of pumps and flow process control

*Ideally from a heavy industry - i.e. Water Services, Utilities, Environmental, Agriculture etc background
