Digital Product ManagerLondon6 Months This role is tasked with supporting a best in class CMS across multiple channels of the business. This being a critical enabler to transforming the way our client's business attracts new and serves existing customers. Building on a freshly implemented CMS and cloud technologies, you'll support strategic initiatives for content management in Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a quality backlog that delivers regular releases of value against these objectives, taking opportunities from ideation through to detailed story writing and testing. You'll manage prioritisation across multiple product and segment demand alongside tech optimisation and innovation. You'll manage a team of product managers to work directly with design and delivery and ensure change is delivered at pace and of high quality. Key Accountabilities: The successful candidate will support the Senior Digital Product Manager with the execution of the overall strategy. You will help communicate the vision incessantly with business partners, stakeholders and the larger team.You will be data and research driven, you will iterate and refine their digital product / service with a customer-obsession lens Technical Skills/Competencies:Understanding the fundamentals of CMS development processes and procedures.Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban delivery frameworks.Experience in translating business requirements into development tasks.Experience in creating product roadmaps and articulating a product vision.Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to create effective epics and user stories that support the objective of the project and enhance overall CMS capabilities.Proactively meet with relevant teams and stakeholders, soliciting stakeholder feedback to validate priorities and business value.Comfortable using Jira/Confluence. Knowledge and Expertise:Experience of product managing the development CMS systems in large enterprises.Experience of delivering digital propositions as part of a wider teamEmploying a broad and diverse range of digital proposition development best practices, disciplines, methodologies and toolsKnowledge of online and/or mobile services, capabilities and trendsExperience in the delivery of digital propositions to marketKnowledge of the development, treatment and application of Brand principles.Understanding of commercial principles within the Financial Services industryExposure to risk management and corporate governance, including regulated practices
