Citrix Operations EngineerCitrix Operations Engineer urgently required to work on a contract basis in London/Birmingham.You will be responsible for providing Citrix technical support through regular maintenance and monitoring with focus on the EMEA regional time zone, as well as being an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working with Citrix and supporting Citrix technologies deployed within the environment. Your main duties will include timely resolution of major incidents and problems, monitoring and maintenance of the Citrix Technology Stack and Microsoft Active Directory.
