Design Engineer Role on offer for a company that will fully train you to design bespoke solutions for a broad range of prestigious clients.Are you an experienced Design Engineer? Have you worked on a range of manufacturing products using Solidworks?This well-established company have a successful track record of delivering innovative solutions for incredibly niche sectors including medical, sports, broadcasting and the defence sector. They have enjoyed a sustained period of success and so need a Design Engineer to help them progress with these plansIn this role you will be given full training and will eventually be involved in the full lifecycle of design from initial customer query through to the finished product. You'll render drawings, create innovative design concepts and communicate directly with the customer to ensure they are cost effective and meet expectations.The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with strong prior knowledge of mechanical engineering design. You will be ambitious, creative, and looking to work for a well-established, exciting and growing design company that has an excellent track record of looking after its staff.The Role:

*Design Engineer (Solidworks)

*Design of bespoke solutions using Solidworks

*£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + PensionThe Person:

*Degree Qualified (Mechanical engineering, industrial design etc.)

*Experience of Solidworks

*Live local to Colchester or willing to relocate to the area
