Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Pharmaceutical Client

The client are looking for an experienced AGILE COACH with strong knowledge of Safe.

For an initial 6 month contract.

*As part of the overarching transformation programme, to create an Agile playbook covering Agile practices (ceremonies, roles and responsibilities etc), tools, and techniques. This will become the framework

*To actively coach specific projects in Agile ways of working and nurture an environment of continuous improvement. This will be done in collaboration with the with the project team from start to finish to ensure success.

*Coach/train Scrum and SAFe frameworks on specific projects.

*Deliver hands-on coaching of individual Agile teams in planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, developing and prioritization backlogs of work.

*Thorough and deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with a focus on SAFe and Scrum.

*Strong consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile frameworks

*Excellent training and presentation skills including the design of training materials.

*Strong relationship building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently

*Excellent listening and communication skills

*Effective engagement with senior leader.

*Strong passion to provide instruction and mentoring
