The Role
As a Senior IT & AV Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient technical support for our client's equipment.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be tasked with installing computers and peripherals at client sites. Additionally, your duties will include:
- Servicing and maintaining equipment to the highest possible standard
- Answering incoming technical support calls
- Maintaining accurate records
- Installing, servicing and operating video conferencing equipment
About You
To be considered as a Senior IT & AV Support Technician, you will need:
- Commercial IT support experience
- Sound technical knowledge of hardware
- At least two years' experience with the same employer during the past six years
A full, valid driving licence would be beneficial to your application.
