We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role descriptionAs understanding of the CMA and PSD2 regulations and Open Banking grows and our client's internal API development capability matures, our client needs a systematic and well-structured response to the opportunities that will ensue. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects which are part of the overall PSD2 Programme from a medium to long term strategic perspective.Your Role:Responsible for overall leadership and delivery of projects within the Open Banking portfolio. Significant effort in business and technology processes and systems resulting in transformational change.Provide challenging opportunities to develop skills in transformational change across business and technology domainsWork with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to further accelerate transformationBe accountable to the Programme Director for quality and control of all services provided to them. Identify and manage all relevant Principal and Key Risk types within with all applicable regulatory requirements.Manage supply chain and stakeholders via standard communicationsCollaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on agile roadmap on time with quality and consistency with greater emphasis on automation.Overall accountability and end-to-end delivery management for a set of related initiatives as defined by the business and portfolio framework.Having the commitment, capabilities, resources and support to maximise performance for our client and their customers.Essential Skills:Ability to understand our clients internal and external customers (feedback and needs)Agile Created - Build fast and react to changing needs instantly.
