eCRM Manager

One of our fastest growing retail clients is seeking an eCRM Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for increasing customer retention rates through planning and executing the delivery of data driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. You will manage the eCRM programme delivering an exception customer experience, whilst maximising opportunities to increase sales.

eCRM Manager duties will include, not limited to:

*Developing and implementing a customer marketing strategy with the aim of driving revenue targets and the frequency customers shop

*Creating targeted email campaigns to improve customer engagement and driving brand awareness

*Working with internal teams to ensure the accurate delivery of all campaigns and promotional messages

*Acting as the main point of contact for field based teams, ensuring that they are all briefed clearly on the digital marketing activity

*Clearly communicate instructions to internal contacts on processes involved with email activities to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of campaigns

As the eCRM Manager you will be required to possess:

*Strong understanding of eCRM systems

*Experience with Google Analytics/Omniture, and able to interpret results

*Good copywriting skills

*Experience reporting on email activity and develop campaigns using this data

*Previous experience working with consumer data

With a salary on offer of up to £52,000 (dependant upon experience) this is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised and growing organisations digital eCommerce team.
