Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading public sector clients.

Based in Warwickshire the client is looking for a 1st Line Voice Engineer on an initial 5 month contract

Experience required:

*Ideally someone with previous work experience within a busy customer service centre in a Telecoms, Data Centre or IT, supporting ISDX / PBX

*Knowledge of ACD System Liberty *Netcall

*Able to demonstrate previous experience of working high pressure environments and dealing with pressurised situations
