Dynamics 365 (CRM) Consultant - Local Consultancy - Infrequent TravelLocal expanding practice based in the West Midlands have a requirement for a mid-senior level functional consultant who have a desire to take prior industry experience and play a pivotal role in the growth of their Microsoft Dynamics Practice.The organisation, have been highly commended for and striving to be at the 'top of the industry' in driving customer's growth and success through the use of technology. Customer retention is one of their biggest attributes and success drivers, and one on which they pride themselves.The successful applicant will be responsible for taking ownership of projects allocated to them. Working with a variety of customers in different industries, you will consult on a personal level from discovery to go-live - in advising which solutions are most relevant and will utilise maximum functionality of Dynamics CRM, dependant on business need.In addition, you will provide continuous support and mentor-ship to the newly formed graduate programme. The consultancy have recognised the lack of specialist skills within the market, and in order to facilitate their project on-boarding - have committed to developing intuitive individuals, who wish to pursue a career within the ever expanding and demanding technology market.Further to this, the organisation are one that actively endorse the development of their employees, training budgets are allocated and MCSE certifications relevant to your chosen career path will be supported both financially and with study time.You will be involved with wider Microsoft Technology - implementing integrated systems with platforms such as PowerBI/SharePoint and O365.This is a salaried position paying up to £65,000 with great benefits such as, 28 days annual leave, 1 days home working (laptop and mobile provided) with potential to increase depending on commute length, birthday holiday, as well as healthcare, employers contributory pension and cycle to work scheme. (If applicable).Home based contract with little requirement to travel - local clients.Requirements:4+ Years' experience with Dynamics CRM ideally versions 2016/D365 CE.Experience in a consultancy role.Experience in full life cycle implementation including the ability to customise and configure OOB functionality.Proficient in functional design documentation.
