Helpdesk Support (Dynamics NAV/ Navision/ 1st-2nd Line)Urgently seeking a Help desk support professional, with skills in Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central, to join the team at one of the UKs leading MS Gold Partner's. Based from their growing offices towards Wolverhampton, the role offers a great chance to work in an enthusiastic, knowledgable support team - supporting a variety of NAV/ D365 implementation customers, and learn from some of the most experienced NAV resources in the European market.Looking for a new challenge in Dynamics NAV? Read On...Responsibilities will include:Supporting my clients existing customers across Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Dynamics 365 Business CentralInvolvement in project support working for on-going implementationsOccasional on-site support/ functional analysis work with new and existing customersThis is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years experience supporting Dynamics NAV to build on their experience in a supportive, growing business who are reputable for providing best in class ERP solutions to a host of amazing customers. Having won a number of industry awards for their committment to customer service and the Microsoft channel, you will work in a cutting edge environment, with a friendly, hard working team, and gaining expert level training in the latest Dynamics advancements.Suitable candidates will be able to offer:Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (v2013 and above, ideally D365)Competent knowledge of at least 2 NAV modular areas (eg. financials, manufacturing, trade & logistics, warehousing, retail)Technical NAV knowledge/ C/SIDE or C/AL (Preferable, but not essential)An analytical mindset, and personable approach to customer/ user supportAcademic background in IT (Preferable, but not essential)Ready to challenge yourself with Dynamics 365?
