Enterprise Cloud Architect (Azure) - London - 12 months - £700-£800 per dayNigel Frank are recruiting for an Enterprise Cloud Architect to join a global financial organisation based in London, you will join their Innovation function as a Cloud subject matter expert within their EA function, driving Cloud strategy, innovation and initiatives. They are looking for candidates who are proven thought leaders, excellent communicators and enthusiastic about emerging technologies.

The Role:* Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns and IT practices.

* Develop and set Cloud strategies and guidelines.

* Create trusted relationships with senior technology/business stakeholders.

* Map complex business concepts to technology solutions, and clearly and drive future direction.

* Develop partnership with the delivery teams to ensure that detailed design complies with Enterprise Architecture strategy.

* Support projects and programs to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget.

* Maintain an organisation-wide view of current and future business and Cloud architecture in support of goals and objectives.

* Identify business requirements that affect the EA and define solutions that integrate with the overall architectural vision and strategy.

* Develop and maintain the Architecture Governance artefact set.

Skills/Experience Required:* Proven experience leading Enterprise Cloud Architecture initiatives within a large, complex organisation.

* Act as Cloud SME, with extensive experience delivering end-to-end Cloud solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure.

* Stakeholder management to C-level.

* Understanding of TOGAF Enterprise Architecture framework.

* Capability, maturity, process modelling.

* Experience of Agile and Lean ways of working.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting at C-Level.

* Excellent influencing and relationship building skills.

* Background in hands-on technical software development or operations.

Desirable* TOGAF Qualifications

* UML/Archimate Modelling
