My West Midlands based NHS Client are looking to take on a Safeguarding Lead for 3-6 months to support with the policies, procedures and pathways within their Adults directorate.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:Nursing Registration with the NMC (RGN)Strong knowledge of Adults SafeguardingWorking knowledge of Childrens SafeguardingExperience working within the NHS - Trust/CCGStrong understanding of statutory responsibilities for NHS Organisations within Safeguarding.Experience of leading and working within Safeguarding operationally.You will be joining a large team made up of Named and Designated Nurses for Safeguarding and Head of Safeguarding across Adults and Children to work with the team in order to embed robust processes and pathways around Adults Safeguarding in line with the recently introduced Mental Capacity Act.To note your interest, or to find out more, please contact Zoe Jarvis at Real Staffing on 0121 265 7474.
