Non-Functional Test Manager

We enjoy a trusted relationship with this global financial services company and act as an external tech recruitment business partner to them. An opportunity has arisen for a Test Manager to join the Southampton facility to look after non-functional testing.
Key duties
Put in place frameworks, policies and processes for all non-functional testing requirements.
Provide guidance on NFR test planning and execution.
Manage all no functional testing activities across the group
Risk management within your testing domain.
Stakeholder management
Skills needed:
Test management within medium or large scale environments
Non-functional testing
Management of third party suppliers
DevOps
Agile
Test management tools such as ALM
Performance automation tools such as jMeter / Gating / Performance Centre)
Security testing
Strong architectural technical awareness to drive test approach
Change management
Project governance
ISTQB desirable
