Portfolio/Project Resource Manager - Based in either Leeds or NottinghamMy client is a cutting-edge, enterprise data analytic platform that partners with blue-chip businesses globally. They are looking for a Resourcing Manager to work across a mix of business elements to adopt change across regions. You will be responsible for creating improved buy in and stakeholder relationships to achieve the overall strategy of ensuring the right person is on the right project.You will be managing and delivering the IT Resourcing and People Strategy for the companies technology portfolio, ensuring location strategy, people capabilities and headcount numbers are in line with business strategic demand. You will be forecasting workloads for individuals while maximising utilisation and delivering on business needs, as well as working closely with local people teams i.e. Recruitment, HR and L&D to ensure everything is working as part of the wider strategy. In addition you'll be expected to develop and provide accurate MI by looking at business trends to aid the leadership team. Following on from this you will chair weekly resourcing meetings at partner/director level to provide insight and analysis, challenging on ways things can improve going forward and agreeing strategy.
