ShortList Recruitment is working with a leading software solutions provider and they are recruiting for several Junior Consultants to work within their professional services team. The focus of the Junior Consultant role is to support the software developers and senior consultants with the configuration of new system implementations.The key requirements for the Junior Consultant role are:
An IT or Business related degree - 2:1 or above1-2 years experience in a commercial IT delivery environmentDemonstrable ability to think logically and work closely with software developersAbility to work closely within a professional services team environmentSome coding experience/understanding of C#, HTML, CSSExperience with MySQL An interest in web and eCommerce solutionsAbility to follow instructions and work to strict delivery guidelinesAbility to work well under pressure and to work independently at times
The Junior Consultant role will work across a range of new systems deployments for both large and small corporates in the UK. The work will be varied and interesting, and offers the opportunity to step up into a full consulting or project management role over time.
Ideally we are looking for high-calibre individuals who are looking to work in a professional, consultative environment and to work alongside some of the top professional services teams in Manchester.
