Role: HR Consultant / Talent Advisor

Location: Cambridge

Duration: 6 Month contract

Rate: £250 - 300 p.d

Our global client are on the lookout for a HR Consultant / Talent Advisor who will partner with a number of their senior IT teams to bring efficiency to the recruitment process and effectively contribute to good hiring decisions - ideally you will have worked in large corporates and have an understanding of what working for a global organisation and lots of experience with stakeholder management and demonstrating the involvement in a recruitment process and the strategy behind it.

Understanding the brief, you will be responsible for working on behalf of the senior IT teams to:

oScreen initial CVs - providing feedback on what requirements are being met and not

oConduct telephone screens on potential candidates, on behalf of the recruiting manager

oCompile a strong shortlist

oSupport interview arrangements & diary management, on behalf of the hiring managers/interviewing panel

oGather feedback from hiring managers/interviewing panels to ensure candidates receive feedback quickly
