Business Change Project Manager - London Bridge - contract - £360 per dayMy client is looking for a Business Change Project Manager who has a high-level understanding of IT. Some of the projects they will be required to work on contain elements of IT development (usually via a third party supplier) but there may be others that have little-to-no IT involvement. We are a small, but growing, company with a wide range of ongoing change activities and this is a great opportunity for someone who likes to get 'hands-on' with their projects. We will of course work with the successful candidate to match them with the right projects as best we can once they are in post.We are looking for someone who can:Work closely with Business stakeholders and Project Team members to ensure successful delivery of projectsManage the full project lifecycle, from inception to closure but who can also pick up 'in-flight' projects with the minimum of fussCreate and maintain Project and Stage PlansPrepare other key project documentation e.g. PID, Business Case, RAID Log, Comms Plan, Stage Gate presentations etcConfidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders from users to CEOPrepare regular Highlight ReportsSometimes undertake non-PM project activities e.g. some BA or testing activities on projects where no-one else has been assigned to undertake those dutiesSome desirable experience:Has a background in Financial Services (a bonus would be Investment Management experience)There may be some IT application procurement activity so experience there would also be desirable
