Finance Transformation Learning and Development LeadMilton Keynes6 Months Would you like to work for the biggest university in the UK for undergraduate education? The client is now about to embark in the next phase of Finance Transformation which will involve implementing the new organization structure as well as the new Finance System. The client is looking for a Training & Development specialist to develop the Finance team in readiness for new ways of working including the transition to the new Finance and Business Services operation model, adoption of the new technology and a renewed focus on customer service. Candidate SpecificationKey responsibilities: Conduct skills gap and training gap analysis to support design of interventions which will equip the Finance and Business Services teams with the right skills, knowledge and capabilityResponsible for mapping capability requirements for new and updated roles in Finance and Business ServicesResponsible for preparing training needs analysis for all Finance and Business Services teams.Working with key stakeholders to understand the requirements and ongoing strategic aims to translate into effective delivery plansPrepare the training strategy for Finance and Business Services and Finance related systems (in consultation with the CSR Training manager)Defining learning interventions for the Finance and Business Services teamsManaging the preparation / Commissioning of training materialsManage the delivery of learning activities to the Finance and Business Services communityProvide individual coaching activity to certain specified rolesProvide regular updates to the Finance Senior Leadership Team; Finance Transformation Lead; and the Finance Transformation program managerSchedule training sessions, organise information technology and other equipment, and manage course enrolmentLearning & Development ExperienceExperience of Training needs analysis and design and delivery of development interventions for Finance roleExperience of Transformation in a Public sector environment preferably in Education of a similar or larger sizeBroader experience of professional Services operating models, process design and change programmesExperience of training for adoption of new Finance systemsExperience of management development and a variety of training and development techniquesExperience of creating team building interventionsConsulting and collaboration skills - Can work closely with internal and external StakeholdersGood Communication - Written and Verbal
