The role that we are advertising is a leading provider of software solutions for call centres, with clients all around the world including North America, Europe and the middle east

What we would need from you is to be a motivated, proactive natural problem solver, a highly flexible individual who is willing to work different shift patterns to suit our overseas clients. Experience in application and product support, a strong communicator with a keen eye for attention to detail. With possible shift patterns to suit our American office (PM-AM)

  • Cloud experience; Azure knowledge would be preferred, but private cloud experience would also be valuable
  • Windows Operating systems, (i.e. Server/Desktop 8/10).
  • Basic level administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
  • Experience of contact centre telephony systems

Salary is up to £30,000 for a junior role
