Resourcing Consultant who will work directly within the Consulting practice, supporting the business on all areas or resourcing and fulfilment. The role is part of Consulting Operations and reports into the Operations Director.

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Location: London, Paddington

Responsibilities:POC and responsible for sourcing all resourcing requests from leadership team, project managers and project teams to maximise ultilisation and fulfilment of demandCapture and maintain an accurate view of all demand in for the clientRecord all closed roles for analysis purposesMaintain appropriate staff repositories detailing: Associates data (ID, level, business unit, line manager)Bench/staff assignment dataFacilitate the engagement with the client contract agency to identify contractorsProvide capability/collateral for bidsRun weekly resourcing meetings (with relevant documentation)Run weekly bench meetingsProvide support to Associates in their search for their next role whilst unassigned or as they are due to come freeWork with associates, project managers and line managers to facilitate project rotationsCollaboration with the recruitment team to prioritise recruitment needsPresent at the new joiners Induction courseWorking with the operations team to ensure associate assignment data is correctly recorded on the relevant systemsManaging project allocationsSupporting the creation of a skills repositoryBeing the initial contact for the offshore resource management office for all UK related issues/activitiesCovering for the resource manager during absences

Person Specification:Good level of relevant professional experienceFlexible approach with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs/demandsCalm with the ability to multi-taskExcellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong working relationshipsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and also independently as neededAbility to manage conflicting demands, often from senior colleaguesExcellent organisation skills and ideally experience of resource management or recruitment within a large professional services organisationSolid knowledge of IT systems/tools
