As a Graduate Retail Marketing Account Executive your duties will include:
Trade marketing support, budgeting, sales forecasting and ROR/ROI analysis on promotional opportunitiesAdministering promotions and point-of-sale initiativesLiaison with publishers (brand owners) and national sales teamCompetitor analysis, market planningModelling what-ifs for different commercial scenariosPlacing print orders Ideally, a Graduate Retail Marketing Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:
A confident and fluent user of Excel spreadsheets with good numeracy and analysis skillsA team player and good communicator, in meetings and in writingAmbitious, personable and willing to take responsibilityA similar environment could have been experienced in areas such as: range management, merchandising, allocator, buying; or in another analytical, scheduling, planning or account management situation that has required multi-tasking, flexibility and time management. This could have been gained in either a work or academic situation. In return, a Graduate Retail Marketing Account Executive will receive a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 p.a. according to experience.
