I'm currently looking for an IT Support Specialist  for a Lincolnshire based client close to Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company in a niche marketing providing internal IT Support. You will work alongside other IT support staff and developers providing support to the company as well as maintaining in house systems.This role requires at a good foundation of IT experience and knowledge as you will be exposed to a good variety of issues.Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support and training to staff.'€¢

Setting up accounts and permissions.'€¢

Maintenance and installation of software applications.'€¢

Maintenance and installation of hardware, including; servers, workstations, telephone systems and networks.'€¢

Operating system set ups.'€¢

Security patches and software updates; including anti-virus and monitoring software.'€¢

Maintenance of backup and recovery systems.'€¢

Maintain IT procedures and documentation.'€¢

Liaise with 3^rd part suppliers for the purchase of software and hardware.

Essential Skills:

'€¢

Experience with Windows Operating Systems, both workstation and server.'€¢

Experienced network skills - Hardware.'€¢

Experience in network administration e.g. Active Directory.'€¢

Experienced with hardware troubleshooting.

Desirable Skills:

'€¢

Advanced networking skills.'€¢

Advanced network administration skills.'€¢

CISCO knowledge or accreditation.'€¢

SQL Server knowledge.'€¢

C# awareness.'€¢

Adobe Suite knowledge.'€¢
