Role: Senior IT Operations Analyst / Consultant

Location: Central London

Contract: 6 - 12 Months +

Day Rate: £200 per day

The role:

I am assisting a start up organisation and investor in data analytics, mobility services, e-commerce and InsureTech with the recruitment of a Senior IT Operations Analyst / Consultant to own the IT operational duties for the organisation. The best fit for this requirement is a candidate with experience of large enterprise / corporate environment as well as either experience of, or a desire to work in a lean, start up environment with a hands on and pragmatic approach to deal directly with day-to-day issues.

Essential Criteria:

*This role requires excellent operational IT acumen, communication and senior stakeholder management experience.

*Windows and Apple based devices experience would be beneficial.

*Set up and Management of Email

*Domain Name Portfolio Management

*Software Licensing

*Hardware procurement and setup / management of laptops, mobile phones, printers, CDSID Management (Corporate Directory System ID), VPN Soft Token Management, Troubleshooting, Website Management, Hosting, Access Management
