PROJECT MANAGER - SOLIHULL

The Opportunity:

Due to several recent contract awards, my client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Manager to work on a healthcare project in Birmingham.

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, the successful Project manager will be ultimately responsible for delivery of the scheme whilst monitoring quality, health and safety and programme and budgets for the site. Whilst also been very systems and process driven and strong client facing.

You will directly supervise a site team consisting of direct and indirect labour, whilst maintaining effective and long-term relationships with the client and their representatives.

Remuneration:£60,000 - £70,000Company car or allowance, pension, private health, fuel and bonus

Essential requirements:Proven track record working as a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager for a well-known main contractorMust have managed schemes up to c£20m as project leadMust have worked on Education, Healthcare or Commercial schemesExcellent technical knowledge, leadership and management skills are essentialMust be commercially awareEducated to a high standard (Degree or equivalent)UK Driving licence essential

Training required:Health & Safety trained - CITB or equivalentCSCS CardFirst Aid
