Nigel Frank are looking for a BI Azure Developer to start working for a consultancy, based in central London. The successful candidate will be part of a team creating innovative cloud and desktop-based data-centric and analytic solutions. You will need to develop, maintain and support a variety of data pipelines and infrastructures on the Azure cloud platform. Contract: 6 Months Rate: £500 - £550Location: London Key Technical Skills:Strong Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and BI stackWorked on all phases of the data warehouse development life-cycleExpertise in the design and development of SSIS packages, including building efficient SSIS packages for processing fact and dimension tables with complex transforms and type 1 and type 2 changesDeveloped ETL scripts to enable daily processing of multi GB data sets into a data warehouse.Expertise in data analysis, star schema data modelling and design, specific to data warehousing and the BI environmentKnowledge of best practices around indexing and query performanceExperience in performing DBA tasksExperience working with clients throughout all phases of a development projectRequired Skills:Azure Data Factory Azure Data WarehouseSSISTableau or other BI toolsCreating/maintaining Hadoop clustersCloud based No Sql databasesSpark developmentAzure Data Lake/U-SQLExperience of working in an Agile environmentTableauPowerShell, scripting and automationR/PythonC# and Microsoft .NET DevelopmentExperience with Jira/Jira AgileThis is an urgent requirement, so if interested please contact me on:Email: [email protected]: 0203 808 7312
