Do you want to drive cultural change at the UK's largest digital bank?

As a Business and Service Development Manager for Group Transformation - Commercial Servicing Client Engagement team, you'll manage the tools that support colleague knowledge on channel functionality/issues, develop colleague support and process enhancements and ensure any change impacting 2nd line support or colleague knowledge management is identified and managed appropriately.

The role also requires oversight and management of the teams Business Management and Risk activities.

So what are we looking for in you?

You're a dynamic and adaptable individual - able to use & learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances

You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer and colleague management experience

A natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all disciplines

You're a skilled negotiator, analytical thinker and problem solver

Educated to Degree level or equivalent you'll be a natural leader who'll coach and support colleagues

You're committed to client service and putting clients first

You'll be comfortable providing recommendations and using your own judgment

And you'll influence positively - demonstrating similar values and behaviors to our Group's and encouraging this in team members

We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV:

An understanding of Financial Services clients and their digital banking needs.

Experience of colleague knowledge management facilities and support tool development

Experience of change impact assessment on support functions

Track record of strong business management, resource planning and reporting delivery

Be able to listen and support team members in problem identification and decision-making

Experienced in line management and colleague development with ability to coach people with powerful questions

Highly developed visual and verbal presentation skills and communication outputs

What else could you bring with you?

Good awareness of financial services marketplace and industry issues

Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies

Strategic thinking - ability to develop a clearly defined business plan
