A rare opportunity has arisen at an established I.T. Support and Services Company in Hastings town centre for an I.T. Apprentice Helpdesk Engineer.

The successful candidate will gain skills and knowledge through work placed training and outsourced certified courses, whilst being paid £8,000 per annum.

The role involves telephone support, you will need to be able to demonstrate a calm, friendly and reassuring presence to their clients.

It would be an advantage if candidates have some basic knowledge of:

- Windows Server

- Windows Desktops

- Networking Hardware - Routers / Switches

- DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP Transport

- Active Directory / Group Policy

- Microsoft Exchange / 365

- Printers / Scanners

- Third Party Software Troubleshooting

- WordPress Websites

This position is commutable from St. Leonards On Sea, Bexhill, Crowhurst, Westfield and Fairlight.
