ITSM Administrator vacancy globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Solid experience as administrator of system management tools in ITExpertise in SQL, Oracle and web REST APIGood IT Process knowhow and familiar with ITIL v3Higher education in computer science is necessaryLanguages: fluent English and German, both written and spokenYour tasks:Planning and conducting minor and major releasesAssuring that configuration items are current and consistentEvaluating and summarising information based on available dataTaking responsibility for operation, incident and request managementAssisting customers and give guidance in an international environmentStart: ASAP
