Health Manager for the Benefrux

Description: Lead the organisation's Health team in NL, approximately 40 staff.

* Accountability for comprehensive health services to all the organization's business organisations and staff in Netherlands-Belgium-France-Luxemburg (Benefrux) (approx. 11000 staff);

* Management of the Benefrux health skill pool (recruitment, development and deployment);

* Evaluating proposed Benefrux health legislation and assessing compliance needs;

* Assuring quality of health and medical service support to the Benefrux organization's client base;

* Managing stakeholder relation e.g. HSE and HR ensure alignment with company health goals. Manage external heath service providers in the area;* Support implementation of recent NL Health review outcome. Profile:CI knowledge desirable;Affinity with health sector desirable but not a must;Years of Experience 7-10 years;No certificates required;Strong communication/leadership and multitasking skills.Location:
