An Electronics Engineer is need to join a company based in Newcastle. As their Electronics Engineer you will be involved in projects that have a direct impact on people's lives and therefore a very rewarding role! You will be working to develop engineering solutions for their research and commercial development teams. You will also be leasing across a number of teams to ensure the highest quality of their products.You Role as an Electronics Engineer will be to design and optimise electronics systems in designing for manufacture. You will be working to EMC standards and be able to produce specifications, schematics and design for peer review and approvals. You will also have experience in Electronic CAD PCB layout (they currently use Altium). Core skills for this role include:-Electronics DesignPCB Layout - CAD/AltiumFunctional requirementsElectronics ArchitecturesSchematicsExperienced in designing electronics and wiring harnesses for cost, manufacture, assembly, test and maintenanceExperienced in designing control systems interfacing to a variety of digital and analogue devices as well as motors and optical systemsExperience with small signal detection and amplification circuitry as well as relevant analogue to digital convertersExperienced in designing for EMC and undertaking compliance testingI appreciate that you may not have all the skills listed, however if you think you would be suitable then I would be interested in speaking with you.
