I'm working with one of the UK's premier logistics providers to identify their next generation of senior leaders, the future RGMs, Ops Directors and VPs of their business. You will join their business as a Senior Transformation Manager, tasked with moving in-house or competitor retail & consumer logistics operations into their ways of working - think TUPEs, recruitment, operational excellence training, greenfield operations, project management, system implementations - everything that could impact the successful delivery of a new logistics operation will be your responsibility, with you be acting as both General Manager and the businesses face to the customer until the operation is steady and ready to be handed over.

As you can imagine, this is a high visibility position which will involve extended stays away - You should only apply if you're ambitious, flexible and driven. In return you will be rewarded with a £65-75,000 per year salary, bonus, car and more - but perhaps most important of all is the impact taking on this role could have on your career.
