My client is the leading provider of advanced information management solutions for health organisations in the UK.
Their mission is to design and develop software solutions that transforms the way healthcare is delivered.
My client is a looking to hire 2 Desktop support analysts to join their team providing support for Bespoke applications used to provide health intelligence under the NHS contract.
The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for all user's support, client devices/software and to see tickets through from the initial call to completion.
My client has made a significant impact to the healthcare service by creating bespoke software to fundamentally assist in the smooth operating and secured usage of medical records and analytics, which ultimately helps patients' overall wellbeing.
The requirements for this role will be:Has a real passion for Information Technology.Ability to deliver high quality, friendly IT support.Knowledge of Office365, Windows server, DHCP, DNS, IP.Has detailed exposure to desktop managing.Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
Salary and benefits
£21,000 - £25,000 DOEShifts covering 08:00 - 20:00 Mon-Fri (1hr Lunch) and Typically 1 Saturday per month (09:00 - 12:00)25 Days annual leave + bank holidays (rising with length of service)Pension Scheme (Salary sacrifice with employer contribution) *This opportunity is located in Winsford, Cheshire which is 13 minutes walking distance from Winsford train station and the number 29 bus runs the bus stop located outside the company building*
