Senior Operations Manager/ 6 month contract / Warwick/£550-£700 per day Negotiable

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Client who are seeking to bring on Senior Operations Manager

The successful candidate will typically have deep experience in areas such as Risk management, Audit, Operations Management, Customer Contact Centre operations.

As a Senior Operations Manager you will be accountable for

Centralised Access Management - working to principles of least privilege, access appropriate to role, Role Based Access Control and physical security

Centralised Access Management Risk and Audit Management

Being the single point of accountability for IAM within the role that ensures IAM functions are compliant and where non-compliances are identified they are resolved and the root cause(s) identified

Responsible for functional management of the global team, working with the local IAM ACG Managers in each region

You will be expected to continuously improve existing processes to ensure maximum efficiency is gained from the global teams, whilst being sympathetic to local regional requirements

Accountable for defining, documenting, implementing, maintaining and operating global IAM processes and ensuring their end-to-end effectiveness and compliance with all corporate standards and policies. Including:

Starters/movers/leavers (SML) - the processes that manage the requests and business approvals of access to be created, amended and revoked for starters, movers and leavers respectively
