System Specialist with CISCO VoIP experience wanted for our Bern based client in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:Several years of working experience in the relevant field with excellent know-how in application operationBackground in CISCO Call Management along with incident handlingAgile project experience is a plusAbility to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutionsLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Performing, controlling and maintaining ICT services for operations as well as supervising production workflows Contributing to the operation and further development of analog, digital and mobile telephonyInstalling, generating, customising, integrating, testing and releasing new hardware, operating, universal and standard softwareDetermining the effects of new ICT components on existing systems as well as providing recommendations with regard to the overall systemEliminating and bridging error states of hardware, software and communication componentsControlling and monitoring system utilisation, including tuning and performance measures along with ensuring system documentation and policiesStart: 05/2019
