Could you support the pan organisation roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Leonard Cheshire by identifying and advising on training requirements, developing a training plan and assisting in its direct implementation throughout our organisation of 6,000 staff?
About the role
You will support our Head of Learning and Development to identify the learning opportunities and design the training programme that delivers capability, skills and clear guidance in order to both transition to and embed in the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
You will continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training initiatives, designing and adapting them to be creative, relevant and Leonard Cheshire bespoke.
You will be an experienced user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with demonstrable evidence of developing training strategies both for major change programmes and for system development across large organisations.
You will excel at identifying and developing training solutions for digital systems and have the key talent of translating technical information into simple messages for people who lack technical competency or technical confidence.
You will bring knowledge of a range of learning methods and be experienced at undertaking training needs analysis to support business objectives.
You will have the flexibility to travel across the UK and be able to stay away overnight when necessary.
You will share the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire.
