Technical Support SpecialistLocation: OxfordDuration: 3 months initialDay rate: £200 - £250Technical Support Specialist - We are actively looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a Global Scientific Publishing Company for an initial 3 months based in Oxford.As the Technical Support Specialist, you will be joining a tight knit team focussing on supporting 1000+ system users. The Technical Support Specialist will be first point of contact and responsible for answering any user inquiries regarding the hardware and software issues with aim to resolve them within a timely manner. The successful Technical Support Specialist will need to have solid experience with Office 365 and Microsoft applications the ability to troubleshoot Dell and Mac hardware.
