As part of plans to develop its retail subsidiary, ExtraCare is seeking to appoint Non-Executive Directors to its Board of Directors. They will provide strategic oversight of the development of ExtraCare Retail Ltd's 50+ Charity shops around the UK as well as developing an online offer.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Board of an innovative and forward thinking organisation at a time of great opportunity and potential to broaden our market reach while making a real difference to people's lives.

ExtraCare Retail Ltd is operating in a highly competitive market, and the new Non-Executive Directors will help grow the organisation's physical and online retail arm. Candidates will bring strategic nous, outstanding commercial skills and a track record of board level leadership experience. Credentials of particular relevance to the Board are around property acquisition and e-commerce. These individuals will guide the strategic development of ExtraCare Retail Ltd by providing inspirational and insightful leadership as members of a Board operating in a fast paced and changing market. They will also help to build the organisation's profile and influence, through their own connections and breadth of experience. 

All appointees will bring the confidence, credibility and commercial acumen to help us engage more effectively with our customer base, helping us to think about how to best position ourselves on the high street and online. The time commitment is between 4-6 days pa, on a pro bono basis.
