Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin)

Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) - a leading FX trading FinTech are building native Forex trading applications from the ground up in a fully greenfield project, available in both iOS and Android. The trading platform is currently live and trading on huge volumes daily, the new apps will need to seamlessly integrate with the existing microservices, Google Cloud Platform architecture.

The Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) will:

* Build applications from scratch that will need to be incredibly scalable and process high volumes of transactions daily.

* Ensure highly secure system: biometric authentication, restricted TLS version / ciphers, FIM etc

* Transition seamlessly between iOS and Android

* Ensure the highest standards of engineering are upheld - TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration / Deployment, Agile

The Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) will work in a small agile team on enormous scale applications that are disrupting the FX market, these will be used to trade £billions weekly and be used by the largest buy and sell side clients globally. The apps will display real time, low latency information and consume market data from world leading banks and industry leaders.

The environment the Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) will work in will be incredibly innovative and forward thinking but at the same time relaxed and informal. The Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) will be involved in design and architecture through to build and release with unit testing throughout (TDD is key). The Native Mobile Developer (Swift / Kotlin) will have to have strong skills in both iOS and Android and switch between the two with ease.
